Harcourt Progress is governed by Rules which comply with the Victorian Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.

The activity and administration of Harcourt Progress is guided by a steering committee, nominated and appointed annually at public meetings.

All Harcourt Progress members may join working groups and sub-committees and pursue specific areas of interest or initiate projects which align with the organisation’s goals. Only financial members may formally vote or nominate to the steering committee.

The association adopted it’s current rules on the 26th of February 2020

All committee members are obliged to observe the Committee Code of Conduct
